The rally continues. We are seeing an extended stock market rally which is benefitting all of the funds this year. We are having our best year since 2013 and there doesn't seem to be strong headwinds to slow it down. The F Fund actually has a higher Sortino Standard Deviation than the C Fund, indicating that the C Fund has historically had less risk generating negative returns than the F Fund. For November, I am again adjusting my allocation for both my current balance and all contributions to my distribution summary at left. Risks I see in the future include politics, as always. The Trump Tax plan is still in the works, and I think the market is pricing this into the market, as there is probably a sizable overseas tax break to be realized. Black Friday is this month, and I think the market also believes retailers will generate decent returns year over year, but brick and mortar stores may hold some surprises. Overall, the market looks positive to my system. Keep Investing!
